How It Work

We collect a sample measurement garment from our customers during the pickup of stitching material from the customer’s doorstep. We always insist the customer’s to provide us a best fitting garment so the newly stitched outfit fits really well. In few cases we do take measurements at the time of pickup for prominent changes required by the customers in sleeves length, length of the blouse, measurements required and for depth of the neck.

We also get lot of newly wed customers who will be stitching the saree blouse for the 1st time so practically it’s not possible to collect the measurement sample from them; hence we take body measurements depending on location of the customer and availability of well experienced and trained personnel to take body measurements.

We have lot of customers who walk-in to our physical outlet so that our tailors can be able to body measurements as the customers feel that they doesn’t have an perfect sample measurement garment and it also provides the option of doing an trail at our outlet so that if any minor changes are required that can provided on the spot.

If any customer decides not to avail any fancy patterns and just want the sample measurement garment to be copied for the newly stitched

We also discuss the patterns required by the customers.If the customer is pre-decided about how they want their newly stitched outfit then we also take and give advice of them.

We are very well aware of how important is to stick to our delivery promise as most of our customers are very busy in their daily life activities. Even a slight delay in delivery time can spoil the entire day’s activity so we strictly follow the delivery time table.
